Sweet, yet graced with a fleeting touch of acidity that recalls the wild undergrowth with its lingering traces. An ideal addition to pastries and excellent as a complement for grilled dishes, sauces, and vinaigrettes.

Tasting note
Appearance – Silky and creamy, with earthy shades, brown gleams, straw-yellow and reddish reflections reminiscent of copper. Over time, it evolves and deepens in colour inside the jar.

Nose – Sharp yet enveloping, with aromas of pine resin, liquorice and forest dew. Autumn unfolds here: notes of almond, fennel and pine needles mingle with gentle acidity and faint toasted undertones.

Palate – Gentle entry and fleshy texture. Sweet, but lifted by a soft acidity. Subtle presence of fine sugar crystals formed naturally through the fruit’s own caramelisation. Recalls cooked plum pulp, with wild forest, woody and ripe-fruit nuances.

Finish – Expansive and complete, leaving a modest, untamed roughness on the palate.

Sobre la uva Moscatell

El moscatell es una variedad de uva blanca (conocida en la antigüedad como «vitis apiana»). Se considera una variedad de vigor medio y muy adaptable a los suelos pedregosos. Los racimos son esféricos y semicompactos. Las uvas tienen la piel gruesa y se vuelven de color ámbar cuando les da el sol y maduran. Esta uva posee un perfume característico y un sabor dulce y singular.
