When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders within 2 business days (Peninsular Spain & Portugal). If any unexpected issue occurs, we’ll get in touch with you right away.

How much will I pay for shipping?
  • Spain (mainland + Balearic Islands): Free shipping for orders over €49 | €4 flat rate for smaller orders.
  • Canary Islands: Sorry, we don’t ship to the Canary Islands just yet.
  • International shipping: We’re working on it! International delivery will be available very soon.
How can I get the invoice for my order?

If you need the invoice for your order, just write to us here and we’ll be happy to help you right away.

What shipping options are available?
  • Home delivery: Delivered within 24–48 hours or on the day you choose.
  • Pick-up point: Collect your order at a location near you.
What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will try to deliver twice. If both are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, Vinyet reserves the right to deduct the shipping and return costs from any refund as compensation for the failed delivery.

A third delivery attempt is possible upon payment of an additional shipping fee (€4).

If the package cannot be delivered, Vinyet will not be held responsible for it. Should the package not reach our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes, always. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can comfortably follow its journey all the way to the address you chose.

How can I make a return?

We do not accept returns.
